The Group Critical Illness Benifit is active
after 30 or more consecutive days of membership through
NCBA, and subject to the exclusions, limitations, terms and
conditions of coverage as set forth in the insurance certificate
provided in your membership materials and the Group Critical
Illness Insurance Policy (Form C22577DBG-MO ) issued to National
Association of Consumer’s
Direct (NACD). Coverage is not provided for loss due to a pre-existing
condition for 12 months from the Covered Person’s effective
membership date.
